Mike Sullivan – Co-Founder
With 35 years of experience as a licensed contractor and business owner, Mike brings a legacy of craftsmanship and leadership to Cornerstone Home Services. For years, he led a 15-person crew, taking on custom home and commercial projects that shaped neighborhoods across Northern California. Mike transitioned from overseeing crews to working one-on-one with his son—crafting a business where every detail reflects their shared commitment to quality and care, and where decades of experience are passed down through hands-on collaboration.
Morgan Sullivan – Co-Founder
Morgan got his start in the trades at 16, spending summers on job sites with his dad—hauling materials, handling demo work, and learning the rhythm of the craft. After graduating high school, he joined the trades full time, working his way up from the ground floor to become a skilled craftsman with a deep respect for quality and detail. With 12 years of hands-on experience, his work reflects a new generation of craftsmanship—rooted in legacy, elevated by precision, and driven by pride.
